Abstract
The authors presented a case of pulmonary hypertension during lithium therapy, in a patient who had been on lithium for six years. The patient developed pulmonary hypertension without any prior diagnosed cardiac or pulmonary disease. This is the first report of pulmonary hypertension in an adult patient during lithium therapy.
