About Institutional Access
Psychopharmacology Bulletin is a peer-reviewed psychiatry journal published by MedWorks Media, continuously indexed since 1964 and available online from 2001 (Vol. 35). Institutional subscriptions provide unlimited access for all authorised users across your organisation — faculty, researchers, students, and clinical staff — with no per-user login required.
Access is authenticated by IP address recognition, with EZProxy support for off-campus users and referrer URL authentication available as a supplementary method. COUNTER 5-compliant usage reports and a KBART title list are provided for integration with your electronic resource management systems and discovery services.

Getting Started
Once your subscription is confirmed, you will receive:
- A login invitation to the Librarian Portal — your dedicated dashboard for managing IP addresses, viewing download analytics, and generating COUNTER reports
- Confirmation of your registered IP ranges and/or CIDR blocks
- A welcome email with the EZProxy stanza and KBART file URL for your ERM and discovery service configuration
Authentication Options
We support three authentication methods, which can be used in combination:
KBART Title List
A NISO KBART Phase II compliant title list is available for import into EBSCO, Ex Libris Alma/SFX, OCLC WorldShare, ProQuest, and all other major knowledge bases and link resolvers. The file is a UTF-8 tab-delimited plain text file, updated whenever coverage details change.
EZProxy Configuration
Copy the stanza below into your EZProxy config.txt file to enable off-campus access for your users. Ensure your EZProxy server's IP address is registered in your subscription — contact us if you need to add it.

COUNTER Usage Reports
COUNTER 5-compliant usage reports are available to all institutional subscribers via the Librarian Portal. Reports can be generated for any date range and downloaded as CSV files in standard COUNTER format for submission to consortia, governing bodies, or for internal collection analysis.
Access Your Reports
All COUNTER reports are available on demand through the Librarian Portal. Log in to generate reports, adjust the date range, and download CSV files. If you have not yet received your portal invitation, contact us and we'll set it up immediately.
SUSHI automated harvesting is currently in development. If your ERM system requires SUSHI API access, please contact us — we can provide manual COUNTER CSV exports on a scheduled basis in the interim.
