About Institutional Access
Psychopharmacology Bulletin is a peer-reviewed psychiatry journal published by MedWorks Media, continuously indexed since 1964 and available online from 2001 (Vol. 35). Institutional subscriptions provide unlimited access for all authorised users across your organisation — faculty, researchers, students, and clinical staff — with no per-user login required. Access is authenticated by IP address recognition, with EZProxy support for off-campus users and referrer URL authentication as a supplementary option.

Getting Started
Once your subscription is confirmed, you will receive:
- A login invitation to the Librarian Portal — your dedicated dashboard for managing IP addresses, viewing download analytics, and generating COUNTER reports
- Confirmation of your registered IP ranges and/or CIDR blocks
- A welcome email with the EZProxy stanza and KBART file URL for your ERM and discovery service configuration

The following resources are provided for configuring your knowledge base, link resolver, and proxy server. All files and credentials are available immediately upon subscription confirmation.

COUNTER 5.1-compliant usage reports are available on demand through the Librarian Portal and via automated SUSHI harvesting. Reports can be downloaded as CSV files for submission to consortia, governing bodies, or internal collection analysis.
